Adult Immunization Project

The NNCC Adult Immunization Project began in September 2016 and is focused on linking qualified patents to adult immunizations throughout the six Public Health Management Corporation’s (PHMC) Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) in Philadelphia, PA. These health centers primarily serve homeless persons and public housing residents.

The project emphasizes the importance of reaching out and improving the access to necessary vaccines for older adults that are most vulnerable to life threatening illnesses that can be prevented due to these vaccines.
